Zambia is a vibrant, landlocked nation in southern Africa known for the warmth, generosity, and resilient spirit of its people. Rich in natural resources like copper and fertile agricultural land, Zambia’s potential is vast — yet many of its children face profound challenges, especially in accessing quality healthcare.
According to the United Nations Population Fund, Zambia has a population of over 21 million people, nearly 41% are children aged 0-14, reflecting a young and growing nation brimming with possibility.
Despite strides in child survival and reductions in mortality, health disparities remain stark across the country, particularly for families in rural communities where access to qualified medical professionals — including surgeons trained to repair cleft lip and palate — is severely limited. Your support of Love Without Reason brings hope and health to the children of Zambia.
Clean water is not a privilege — it is a lifeline.
After years of digging wells across Asia, Love Without Reason has been given the opportunity to dig our first well in Africa, in the heart of Zambia. The land has been identified, and the potential is real — clean water for an orphanage and the children who call it home.
In Zambia, children suffer from malnutrition and waterborne diseases that steal health, time, and hope. When clean water is available, sickness is reduced, lives are protected, and futures begin to change.
Access to water means children no longer walk miles each day. Girls stay in school. Mothers gain time to work and care for their families. Communities begin to heal. At Love Without Reason, we believe transformation happens one well, one child, one community at a time. This well in Zambia is more than water — it is hope flowing into the lives of children who deserve a chance to thrive.

In Zambia, human trafficking quietly steals childhoods. According to the Trafficking in Persons Report, child prostitution is the most common form of child sexual exploitation in the country. Zambia is both a source and transit nation, with major roadways leading toward the Democratic Republic of Congo and Tanzania used by traffickers who prey on vulnerable boys and girls.
Through awareness, education, and outreach, the Love Without Reason team speaks directly to families and communities during our cleft missions and local programs — helping them recognize danger, protect their children, and choose hope over fear.
This is not an easy road.
But it is one we must travel and cross — for the sake of our children.5600 Brainerd Road Suite WS-3, Chattanooga, TN, USA 37411
