Craniofacial Deformities

Craniofacial surgery focuses on the repair of deformities in the skull and face. Before the surgical advances that we have today, individuals with severe craniofacial deformities had little hope of a normal life.

The International Craniofacial Institute reports that one in 700 children are born with a cleft lip or palate. Most children born in developing countries are unable to afford the cost of surgeries and are abandoned and live their entire lives in shame. Some children are even considered cursed and left to die.

Love Without Reason (LWR) will strive to empower and train the local surgeons to help these children in their own communities. LWR will provide the financial resources to the children in need of craniofacial surgery.
